Here's something I did that was kind of fun. I was approached by

to participate in an art jam in which we had to reenact a scene from Transformers: The Movie (the real movie, not Bayformers) with character designs from Transformers Animated.
I chose the IOD (Instruments of Destruction) sequence because this to me set the pace for the whole movie. Not to mention it's the most traumatic thing a little kid could ever watch happen to his heroes in a cartoon movie. Such a bad ass moment!!!! Plus it was the beginning of the end for the rest of the G-1ers who died during the rest of the movie. I also chose this scene because all the characters involved have Animated counterparts, even though it sucks that there are only 3 non combining Constructicons to deal with instead of adding all six. Yeah I know Prowl was among the massacred in the scene, but given that I was trying to be true to the camera angle the original scene had but in a pan shot, some sacrifices had to be made.
So much fun, and I actually like how it came out!! What do you think?
